PORTLAND -- Ten Asian tiger mosquitoes were found recently in what could be the first sighting outside California since the insects began arriving in shipments of "lucky bamboo."
The mosquitoes, which have been known to carry dengue fever in their native Southeast Asia, were found in crates at an importer that supplies floral shops in Oregon and Washington.
