Debra Angeline Schwarz got a real stinker of a traffic ticket while driving through Lake County two years ago.

So, the 44-year-old Eugene woman enclosed a little something extra in the envelope containing her $350 payment, just to let Lake County authorities know what she thought of their citation.

It was not a subtle message.

On Oct. 26, 2000, county court workers received Schwarz's priority mail envelope in the morning delivery. They noticed a horrible smell coming from the "squishy" package, said ...
