A new concept for depositing a wide selection of confectionery, snack and cookie products has been introduced by APV Baker. According to the company, the J RAC machine brings the benefits of a peristaltic pumping principle to food depositing, allowing a wide range of batters, slurries, jellies, icings, creams and fondants to be handled with flexibility and accuracy at high outputs.

The machine is servo-driven, and maximum speed is 100 rows per minute, although double and triple row nozzles can be fitted to achieve outputs of 200/300 rows ...
