DYLEX SELLS 50% STAKE IN ALFRED SUNG BACK TO DESIGNER, PARTNERS
TORONTO (FNS) - Dylex, Ltd., a Canadian specialty retailer, has sold its 50 percent interest in the Alfred Sung manufacturing, licensing and retailing operations back to the designer and his partners.
Dylex is also raising its stake in the Club Monaco chain of casual wear stores to 59 percent from 50 percent.
