TWENTY-four-year-old Kirsty Jones doesn't believe in crossing the Irish Sea the conventional way by ferry or plane - she plans to become the first to kitesurf across.

She has been travelling the world since the age of 16 in search of wind and waves - and is now the British women's kitesurfing champion.
