B.H. is a 20-year-old male with end stage renal disease (ESRD). He presented at age 7 with prednisone resistant nephrotic syndrome. Over the last 13 years B.H. has had three failed kidney transplants requiring dialysis at different intervals during that time. The last round of hemodialysis began 4 years ago.
