ExxonMobil Chemical Co. has completed its acquisition of Solutia Inc.'s stake in Advanced Elastomer Systems (AES), for an agreed price of "approximately $102 million," according to Solutia's recent results statement. AES was previously a 50:50 joint venture between the two firms.
