Developed countries face a choice. They can choose indifference to Africa's deep descent into poverty, disease, and human rights infringements. Or they can choose commitment to change; to partnering with Africa for the long term. Commitment to investing in the people, fair trade, and good governance. Rich countries must go from promises of change to actions that bring change. Africa has limitless potential, it only needs to be freed. Speech to the InterAction Forum, Washington D.C....
