VICTORIA Davies and Rebecca Llewellyn led South Wales women to victory on the opening day of County Lawn Tennis Week at Devonshire Park, Eastbourne. They won three rubbers as South Wales opened their group one campaign with a 5-4 win against last seasons runners-up Leicestershire.

Davies and Llewellyn dropped only one set in winning their three matches - and proved a winning combination for the Welsh team.
