Watt completes first phase of $2 million renovation project
Watt Industries Inc., the struggling Santa Monica-based developer that has cut its workforce in half in recent months, reported that the first part of its $2 million renovation at Watt Plaza in Century City will be finished next week.
The completed portion includes all renovation work on the interior retail lobby of the 10-year-old project, which is comprised of twin 23-story office towers.
