HIS force is now the frontline in the war against drugs, and Keith Turner knows it.

The father-of-four, who is coming up to the end of his third year as Chief Constable of Gwent Police, has set a number of tough targets for his officers.

And, despite his force achieving significant reductions in all areas of crime, according to the latest figures from the Home Office, he is determined not to be complacent.
