After an update from the builders of a natural-gas fired electrical power plant, Bartlett trustees Tuesday night requested a review of the environmental permits for the plant.
Philip Moor, project manager for New Jersey-based Energy Ventures, told the board the power plant is delaying its power generating output until 2005, when the economic climate is expected to be more favorable.
