WASHINGTON, D.C., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The president of the American Textile Manufacturers Institute today said that U.S. textile workers have "personally taken their message" to Congress and the White House to enact the Textile, Apparel and Footwear Trade of 1990.
