LOS ANGELES -- In honor of Independence Day, the Declaration of Independence Road Trip today announced the kick-off of the southern leg of its three-and-a-half-year cross-country tour of an original copy of the Declaration of Independence. The DOI Road Trip unveiled its fall and winter 2002 schedule of special southeastern cities chosen to host the Declaration, showcased as part of a multi-media exhibition.
