Patriotism Takes Center Stage in Washington; DAR Convenes 111th Annual Continental Congress.

WASHINGTON -- Reinvigorated by the nation's display of patriotism since the tragic events of September 11, Daughters of the American Revolution from around the globe will gather in the nation's capital this week to conduct their 111th Continental Congress. More than 4,000 Daughters, constituting the largest registration in decades, are expected to attend the conference, which runs from July 3 - 7.
