MONICA Seles is still in the hunt for the Wimbledon title after being given a shock by a Japan's Ai Sugiyama - whose name means love.

Seles knew that Sugiyama gave her a wake-up call before she won 4-6 6-1 6-4 - and refused to count herself out at the age of 28 for the one title she hungers after.

"I think at this stage that is the one thing that really drives you very hard, that you want to win any Grand Slam," said Seles, who holds nine Slams.
