A 40-year-old woman presented with fever, pleuritic chest pain, shortness of breath, and cough. She had a history of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (stage IV) for which she was treated with multiple chemotherapeutic agents and peripheral stem cell transplantation (approximately 7 months before presentation).
