JAILED scientist Paul Agutter was yesterday banned from returning to the family home where he tried to murder his wife.
The Court of Session in Edinburgh granted the plea for protection by Dr Alexandra Agutter - who is now divorced from the man who became known as the 'Safeway Poisoner'.
Agutter, 55, is due for release from Glenochil prison, Clackmannanshire, in September after serving seven years of a 12-year term.
