CHARITIES and good causes are in the money thanks to Kenilworth Lions.
They raised almost pounds 17,000 over the past financial year and have given the money to more than 60 good causes.
The largest donation, of pounds 1,700, provided 100 Christmas parcels for elderly or less well-off people in the town.
Money also went to guides and scouts to enable them to take part in international jamborees.
