AFSCME ENDORSES WATKINS IN 13TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT

DETROIT, July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Michigan Council 25 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Detroit's largest municipal union, has endorsed State Rep. Juanita Watkins for Congress in Michigan's 13th District.

"Michigan AFSCME Council 25 strongly supports Rep. Juanita Watkins," stated Council 25 President James Glass. "All Region 1 (City of Detroit) local union presidents have also endorsed Rep. Watkins for Congress.
