RETAIL TOY STORE CHAIN, FROM CNC HOLDING

BURBANK, Calif., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Trefoil Capital Investors L.P. the $450 million investment fund formed by the executives of Shamrock Holdings, today jointly announced with CNC Holding Corporation that they have reached preliminary agreement on the acquisition by Trefoil of all of CNC Holding's 82 percent equity interest in Child World Inc. (NASDAQ: CWLD) in a non-cash transaction.
