EOS Files Lawsuit for Breach of Contract Against 3D Systems.

MUNICH, Germany -- EOS announces that it has filed a lawsuit for breach of contract against 3D Systems Corporation of Valencia, California at the Frankfurt "Landgericht" (District Court) in Germany. EOS asserts that by the acquisition of DTM Corporation, 3D Systems has breached the agreement between EOS and 3D Systems dated 27th August, 1997. This agreement was reached in order to settle patent litigation between the two companies worldwide. The essential components of the agreement include a mutual agreement prohibiting both EOS and 3D Systems from acquiring more than 10 % ...
