In 1947 IHSAN ventured into the business of cotton waste, a by-product of cotton spinning mills. Within a decade of its inception, IHSAN took the initiative of entering the export market by slowly shifting its production to exports. Since then the group has diversified its portfolio of cotton products by venturing into value added products from cotton waste to surgical bleached absorbent cotton and textile spinning to knitted gloves.
