Cal Canfield has landed his first tenant after the $1 million renovation of the 99-year-old Fayetteville Mercantile Building.
Wes Cooper plans to open On the Rocks Patio and Grill there within the next three months.
On the Rocks will occupy 8,700 SF of the historic building, which is also known as "the Ice Plant" because it once housed the Fayetteville Ice and Storage Co. That figure includes a 3,456-SF rooftop deck that will be used for dining space, Canfield said.
