Jenner & Block LLC's move to bolster its corporate and transactional practice plucks a high-profile team of bankruptcy lawyers from crosstown rival Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman.
Jeff Marwil and Mark Thomas, two rising stars of the local bankruptcy bar, recently joined Jenner and brought along corporate finance specialist Denise S. Burn, as well as three other former Katten Muchin partners and an associate.
