Preferred Voice, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PFVI), a network-based speech application provider, and Plateau Telecommunications, a privately held wireless carrier based in Clovis, New Mexico, has debuted a new voice dialing technology to their 60,000 customers in each of the company's 12 retail locations.
