The bolts, or studs, that hold rear wheels on 23 school buses serving the Syracuse City School District will be replaced in response to an incident Thursday in which a bus lost two wheels, inspectors for the state Department of Transportation said.
It was the second such incident involving an A&E Transport Services bus in the last six months.
