EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCE DECISIONS MADE
HARRISBURG, Pa., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Insurance Department today announced it has granted State Farm Insurance Cos. a 2.3 percent increase in the base rate it will use to calculate the mandatory 10 and 22 percent rollbacks required of all insurance companies under the state's new auto insurance law.
