The International Development Association's (IDA) Executive Directors adopted a resolution and report to the IDA's Board of Governors on 30 Jan 1990 that set the terms of the IDA's Ninth Replenishment Agreement (IDA 9). IDA 9 will provide for donor contributions of 11.68 billion Special Drawing Rights (SDR), the equivalent of $15.1 billion.
