Apr. 23--An owner of a proposed south Tarrant County slaughterhouse said Monday that his facility will not cause odors, pollute water or be an eyesore.
But none of that may matter because county commissioners are expected to adopt new rules today that could make it difficult, if not impossible, for Lee Harmon's Harmony Hills Farm to stay in business.
