ALAMOGORDO, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2002
R. Miles Ledgerwood, president and chief executive officer of Alamogordo Financial Corp. (OTC BB: ALMG) Wednesday announced that the company has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share of the company's common stock for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2002.
The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of May 1, 2002, and will be paid on May 15, 2002.
