IMPROVING the financial reward to the dairy farmer for milk production and increasing the health benefits of dairy products to the consumer, is the aim of the second phase of the Protein Improver Herd at Greenmount College.

The herd, now known as the Premium Milk Herd, is a Greenmount project in conjunction with John Thompson & Sons Ltd.
