A French Virgin Atlantic Airways flight attendant has been charged with making a bomb threat on board a transatlantic flight.

The 19 January flight from London, UK to Orlando, Florida was forced to divert to Iceland after Michael Philippe reported finding a threatening message written on an airsickness bag in the aircraft's toilet and another on a mirror.
