Tracer Petroleum, a Canadian junior run by former employees of the disgraced Arakis Energy, has set its sights on Turkmenistan, after promoting a series of other -- so far fruitless -- initiatives.
Tracer this week said it was negotiating with a "significant" but unidentified potential partner for the Adzhiyap gas development project in Turkmenistan, and that further information would be released as talks advance.
