The Stellar Group was awarded the contract to construct the Phase V and final expansion at our Bakersfield, California facility and groundbreaking occurred during the week of October 22, 2001.
The phase V addition at Bakersfield will consist of one new freezer storage room totaling 2,498,242 cubic feet of fully palletized cold storage space providing approximately 10,618 pallet positions.
