ALONG with the "revolution against poverty," there is also this war against smut: dirty books, comics, and movies.
Smut, of course, is the dubious entertainment of the poor. For the rich, it is pornography - a polysyllabic word difficult to define.
If you're well-heeled and educated, you can wallow in pornography, or in erotica (as its specialized counterpart is called), and not be harmed at all.
