Jesus Villavicencio doesn't have much spare time, working full-time at an athletic footwear store to help support his family, taking 17 units of classes at Moorpark College and running on the Raiders' cross country team.

``It's not that hard if you manage your time and responsibilities,'' Villavicencio said.

At the moment, cross country takes precedence: The sophomore will lead Moorpark in its quest for its second consecutive championship in the state junior college finals at Woodward Park in Fresno.
