SWEDISH HOSPITAL TO ACQUIRE SAINT CABRINI HOSPITAL

SEATTLE, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus today announced a tentative agreement to transfer ownership of Saint Cabrini Hospital to Swedish Hospital Medical Center. If state and local approvals are granted, the agreement brings to a close a year-long effort to find a buyer for the 74-year-old hospital on Seattle's First Hill.
