MICHIGAN GOVERNOR ANNOUNCES OPENING OF LAKE HURON CIRCLE TOUR

LANSING, Mich., April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lake Huron Circle Tour, an international motor tour around Lake Huron, is ready for the 1990 tourist season, Gov. James J. Blanchard announced today.

Last July, the governor unveiled the first of the green and white road signs guiding tourists along the 1,400 miles (2,250 km) of highways that ring the Lake Huron shore in Michigan and Ontario. All of the signs are now being installed and a free guidebook is available.
