IBM has placed its Tivoli division under new leadership - again. In June 2001, Robert LeBlanc, formerly the head of IBM's Storage Networking division, became the fourth person to lead the troubled systems management business since IBM acquired Tivoli in 1996. His mission is clear: to correct Tivoli's sinking market position.
