If you live near Vasa Park between South Elgin and St. Charles, get ready to rumble!

A suburban motorcycle group remains in negotiations with leaders of the longtime Scandinavian park to rent it out most weekends this spring and summer for major motorcycle powwows.

No contracts had been signed as of late Tuesday, but the chair of the park's rental committee, Jack Grandin, said he likely will forward a draft rental agreement to the motorcycle group by the end of the week.
