One Dallas Centre, a 30-story Class A office tower on the southern edge of the Arts District in downtown Dallas, will be a major contender for downtown's next corporate relocation. The I.M. Pei-designed building will have 230,000 square feet of contiguous office space available for lease after the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation moves out at the end of the month.
