A plan to redevelop the Michigan Avenue and Ecorse Road corridors in Ypsilanti Township recommends 15 stores and restaurants for the area and forecasts $19.5 million in sales for those businesses if built.
Ypsilanti Township hired Sausalito, Calif.-based Market Insite Group to suggest a tenant mixture for the area, and the $12,500 retail-market assessment has been mailed to brokers, said Kevin Kwiatkowski, township director of community and economic development.
