ADELANTO - The JetHawks started with a whimper - but finished with a bang.
Through the first five innings Saturday night against High Desert, they were limited to just three hits - all singles - during which time they were 0 for 4 with runners in scoring position.
But the California League's most potent offense came back to life, and a late power surge helped key a 6-0 victory over High Desert in front of 4,370 at Maverick Stadium.
