A judge has revived a lawsuit that already blocked one season of mourning dove hunting in Wisconsin.

Dane County Circuit Judge Daniel Moeser on Monday reinstated the lawsuit filed by Wisconsin Citizens Concerned for Cranes and Doves and gave the group two weeks to submit evidence of its legal standing to bring the suit.
