Perth-based Gippsland Ltd has received a resource estimate for its 50%-owned Abu Dabbab tantalite deposit in Egypt. The estimate is based on a reassessment of all previously-generated data for the property, and brings resources into line with JORC guidelines. Measured resources are estimated at 12 Mt at 274 g/t [Ta.sub.2.O.sub.5]. Indicated resources are estimated at 2.1 Mt at 260 g/t [Ta.sub.2.O.sub.5], and inferred resources are estimated at 26 Mt at 240 g/t [Ta.sub.2.O.sub.5].
