Another terrorist attack on New York City could kill millions of people. Dr. Paul Karis has come here to make sure that he could save as many lives as possible.

As the new system chairman of emergency medicine at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York, he is the man responsible for preparing the hospital system's six emergency rooms and 500 staff members for the 21st century.
