Fatigue: Often tea & coffee can alleviate symptoms
A major benefit of tea or coffee drinking is their extraordinary ability to alleviate many of the symptoms of weariness and fatigue--sometimes instantly but usually within a few minutes. Fatigue is one of the most universal experiences of mankind, practically a daily or frequent event and yet it is one of the most complicated syndromes ever studied and merits closer examination.
