LIVINGSTON, N.J.--Rose Art Industries, an art, crafts, stationary and toy company, has purchased Western Graphics of Eugene, Ore. Western Graphics, a unit of the Mead Corporation, manufactures and distributes creative coloring products. The Mead Corporation of Dayton, Ohio, is a leading North American producer of coated paper, coated paperboard and consumer and office products.
