FLINT'S AUTOWORLD TO OPEN FOR SUMMER
FLINT, Mich., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Flint Mayor Matthew S. Collier today announced that he will recommend that the city's AutoWorld facility be open to the public this summer.
Collier is recommending the flint Downtown Development Authority open the facility from Thursday, May 24, through Monday, Sept. 3.
The mayor said the strong public response to last year's "Holiday Homecoming" event, which drew more than 71,000 visitors to AutoWorld, along with the success of a number of other limited-time events ...
